Designed with love by retreat leaders for retreat leaders, we know what you want. Our mission is to support you to create the most amazing experiences for you and your guests.
At Solana, you are in supportive hands. We take care of all details for your event or retreat so you don’t have anything to worry about or organize. We are behind the scenes so you can be completely present for your guests.
Solana is a magical place and we would love to co-create magic with you for your guests. Booking is super easy, please check out our packages, inclusions and terms and conditions. Fill out this form with your preferred dates and anything additional you need. As soon as we receive it, we will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm your booking along with an invoice for 50% deposit. Please pay the deposit within one week to secure your booking.
After your booking is confirmed, your personal retreat/event coordinator will contact you to introduce themselves. Their role is to support you to create an amazing event for your guests. Please communicate directly with them about special needs for your event.
You would need to send us arrival and departure times for your guests at least 3 days before retreat begins to ensure smooth airport pickup for you and your guests.
The Solana team will ensure that you and your guests are happy and taken care of, and that your event/retreat runs smoothly. Your personal retreat coordinator will be with you during your event.
- We take bookings for 10 guests minimum and 5 nights minimum
- 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- All events/retreats begin on Sunday
- Your booking is transferable to another week without charge two months is advance. Within two months but one month prior change fee of 25% of total amount will apply. If you make a change within 30 days of your booking, the change fee is 50% of total amount.
- Deposit is no-refundable
- In case of extreme unforeseen circumstances we will transfer your booking to another week without any change fees.
- Twin-share or king size Accommodation in our luxury cliffside rooms or cozy villas (7 rooms available)
- A dedicated point of contact before and during the retreat to help you with every detail
- Plant based healthy, delicious, nurturing breakfast for your group (other meals available on request)
- Fully transferable, changeable and sellable - you can change to another week or transfer to another retreat host
- Welcome Dinner for your group created with love by our chefs
- Coconut water, herbal teas
- Organizational support by Solana team before and during your event
- Complimentary Listing of your retreat/event on our website
- 10 Trees planted to restore rainforests of Borneo on behalf of each guest
